Class Fees
Class fees details can be obtained anytime by talking to me (Sensei
Jim Pizii) directly. These rates can be changed at any time without any prior
notice. Historically this has not been done. Generally all my students are
notified at least a month in advanced prior to a rate increase.

When
To Make Monthly Payments:
All students are to make their monthly payments at the beginning of each
calendar month
(by the 1st).
A $10.00
late fee will be added for any payment beyond the 7th
of that month.

Semi
active, part time, or drop-in students
|
The following fees apply to any student who is not in
a position to attend classes on a full time basis, or does not belong to our
school, but would like to drop in and attend a class or classes.
These fees are to be paid when attending that day or week. |

Initial
Payment (For New Students Only)
The minimum
initial payment for ALL new students is 3
months. The student may elect to pay on a (1,3,6, or 12 month) basis
afterwards. Any student joining other than the beginning of a month will only
have to pay a pro-rated payment for the 4th month to balance out the
payments.
Three
(3) Month Payment For Returning Students
The minimum
payment for ALL students returning to
training, after missing at least 45
days of class is a 3 month payment.

Discounts
- 40% Family Discount ...
40% off all
immediate family members.
Basically how this works, one person pays a full rate, and all
other immediate family members get a 40% discount. In the case of a adult
and child, the adult would pay the full adult rate, and the child would get
40% off the children's rate.
Examples of
those qualifying for family discount:
a)
A married couple
b)
A parent and child
c) Two or more siblings dependent on a parent(s)
- 40% off class fees for active
full
time college students.
This discount cannot be combined with any other class discounts. Full
time is a student taking 12 semester credits or more.
The standard rate would be $40.00/month.

For every student you refer, who joins our school, you will receive one free
month of instruction.

Other Fees
(West Chester Dojo off of Westtown Road only)
Within 6 Weeks of your first class:
A complete uniform
with patch is required, also your organizational fees must be paid. The school
carries uniforms to be purchased, they cost $25.00 each. A
Zentokukai patch is also required for the uniform. This patch can be purchased
through the school for $5.00. See the instructor for the proper way for it to be
sewn on. Our Karate school is a member in good standing of Zentokukai. Like most
organizations, there is an annual due (fee) required for all members. Our annual
dues are $30.00 per year per student. These dues are all forwarded to our
headquarters. ID cards will be sent back to our school, and distributed during
class. The instructor will keep track of renewal dates.

Promotional Testing
A
promotional test is offered (not mandatory to take) about every 3 months.
Testing fees vary according to the
belt rank for which the student is being tested. Certificates are given
for adult belt ranks 5th Kyu through Black Belt and Junior belt ranks 14th Jr.
Kyu through 1st Jr. Kyu. A portion of these fee goes directly
to the Kai. The following are required prior to the student taking a test.
1.
Must be a active member of Zentokukai.
2.
Must be current on all payments.
3.
Must have a complete uniform with logo and patch.
4.
Must have the test fee paid.
5.
Must have true intentions of continuing training at the Zentokukai Dojo.
